Terms of service

Overview. This website is operated by OATVANE ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Products and descriptions. We try to describe our products, their dimensions and their intended use accurately. Results depend on proper installation and on the size and condition of your doors, windows and frames. Please check that the product suits your gap size (about 3–5 mm / ⅛"–3/16") before ordering. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and to correct errors. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and returns. Delivery times and return terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Use of the products. Follow the installation guidance provided. Test the adhesive on a hidden area of delicate or painted surfaces before full installation. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or use on unsuitable surfaces.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Website content. All content on this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to OATVANE and may not be copied without permission.

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
