Once your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes about 10–14 business days in total.
Where to find your tracking
- Shipping confirmation email: open the email and select Track your order.
- Order status page: the link in your order confirmation email always shows the latest status.
- Your account: if you checked out with your email, sign in to see your orders.
Tracking can take a few business days to show movement after your order ships. If you haven't received a shipping email within 4 business days of ordering, or tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
